Let’s get you to “happily ever after” in the Mission Mountains!
We want to make it easy to plan a Montana wedding. Here is a short guide to the process:
Step 1: See the Venue.
Whether you are planning from just down the road or from hundreds of miles away, we look forward to meeting you and discussing your plans! We’ll take you around the venue and answer any questions you have. If you can’t make it in person, please let us know — we are happy to schedule a video call.
Step 2: Pick a wedding date.
We are open year-round! Whether you are looking for spring wildflowers, a summer dance under the Big Sky, autumn leaves, or snow-capped winter peaks, we can help you plan an incredible wedding.

Step 4: Book with us.
Once you are ready to book with us, we make it easy with convenient electronic contracts and online payment processing.
Step 5: Start planning.
As a client, you will have access to our online planning tools, including vendor lists, sample layouts, timelines, and our rental catalog. If you have questions at any point in the planning process, please reach out to us! We are here to help, and can refer you to additional vendors in the area if you need suggestions.
Step 6: Come for your 30-day site visit.
As you close in on your wedding date, we will schedule a site visit (or video call). During the visit, we will hammer out your table layout and inclement weather plan, plus walk through your timeline and answer any questions you have.
