Is your vision a small, heartfelt wedding in the mountains? Then our candlelit elopement or petite wedding packages are for you. Exchange private vows as the sun sets in the meadow with our candlelit elopement package. Want to add a few more people? Move up to our petite wedding package, which is perfect for couples who want to enjoy an intimate and heartfelt wedding with their closest family and friends. 2025 Candlelit Elopement
(prices subject to change; 2 people ONLY)
Exchange sunset vows in a romantic, candlelit ceremony in the meadow. This package is just for the two of you, and includes an officiant, our rectangle arch with drapes and a corner floral spray, a candlelit path to your sunset ceremony, and a complimentary bottle of champagne or non-alcoholic beverage to celebrate afterward. The package is for a two-hour time block beginning at or after 6:00 pm on any Sunday-Thursday night (adjustable based on sunset hours). Add an overnight stay in the loft for $200, and you may check out by 11:00 am the following morning.
*To avoid catching Montana on fire, we use flameless LED candles for the sunset ceremony.
Elope - $2000
2025 Petite Wedding Package
(prices subject to change; up to 80 people maximum)
Petite - $5250
This small, inclusive wedding package is for groups of 80 people or less. The package includes use of the barn and loft from 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., plus a one-hour grace period to clean up. This package is well-appointed to make it easy for you to show up, celebrate, and then head off to other Montana adventures. Includes:
Tables and chairs - up to 20 tables and chairs for up to 80 people total, including set up and tear down of those items.
White tablecloths - mid-length tablecloths and a few full-lengths for specialty tables.
Disposable place settings - for up to 80 people. You may choose from white plastic plates with silver plastic utensils, or biodegradable palm leaf plates and wooden utensils. The place settings also include paper dinner napkins, paper cocktail napkins, and plastic cups for 80 people. We will set the place settings on the tables, but custom folding and special requests are not included.
Flameless candle centerpieces - choose either 3 flameless votive candles (hobnail, vintage, gold, or silver) for each table, or 1 lantern (black or gold) per table.
Ice and water - ice for chilling drinks, plus water, for up to 80 people.
Fans or wood fire pit - depending on the weather, you may choose from either 2 barrel fans or wood for the firepit.
Sound system with wireless microphone - you will need to provide someone to run the sound system and manage your playlist/speeches/etc.
Arch - a rectangle wooden arch (6’ x 8’) for your ceremony.
Golf cart shuttle service - for guests needing assistance to the meadow for your outdoor ceremony.
The party must end by 10:00 p.m., and then you have a 1-hour grace period to clean up. All events must be concluded, the barn cleaned up, and all guests departed by 11:00 p.m.
You are responsible for any third-party vendors or additional items that you would like to include, such as food, beverage (subject to our alcohol policy), photographer, officiant, and florist.
We require a refundable damage deposit that is in addition to our package prices, as well as event insurance with liquor liability coverage.
